1. Agreement

These Terms of Service govern your use of Nation Prestige Index, operated by Pegasus Media Group Ltd, Glasgow, Scotland (“NPI”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing the website or using its services, you agree to these terms.

If you do not agree with these terms, you should not use the website or purchase support packages.

2. Nature of the service

NPI is a private digital ranking platform. It allows users to support countries, add Prestige to country totals, manage supporter display settings and track recognition thresholds.

NPI is not a government body, public authority, charity, political organisation, financial institution or regulated investment service.

3. Accounts

Users may create or complete an account to manage support activity, display preferences, award progress and login access. You are responsible for keeping login credentials secure.

We may suspend or restrict an account if we believe it has been used unlawfully, fraudulently or in breach of these terms.

4. Support packages and payments

Support packages allow users to add Prestige to a selected country. Prices, package details, payment methods and benefits are shown during the support process.

Payments may be processed by third-party payment providers such as Stripe or PayPal. Their own terms, security checks and payment rules may also apply.

5. No investment or financial return

Prestige has no monetary value, cannot be exchanged for money, does not represent ownership, equity, debt, financial product, cryptocurrency or investment return.

Purchasing support is participation in a ranking platform, not a financial transaction intended to generate profit.

6. No Refunds

All purchases of support packages, Prestige, digital ranking support and related platform actions are final and non-refundable once payment has been successfully processed.

By purchasing support, you understand and accept that Prestige may be credited to a selected country and may affect rankings, supporter records, country totals and award progress immediately. For that reason, refunds, cancellations, reversals or exchanges are not available after successful payment.

This no-refund rule applies regardless of whether you later change your mind, selected the wrong country, no longer want to appear as a supporter, disagree with ranking movement, or stop using the platform.

Nothing in this section limits any mandatory statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded. If a duplicate charge or clear technical payment error occurs, contact support so the issue can be reviewed.

7. Public display and content

Supporters are responsible for names, company names and information submitted to NPI. We may edit, hide or remove content that is false, misleading, unlawful, abusive, offensive or inconsistent with platform standards.

8. Intellectual property

The NPI name, website design, ranking presentation, logos, visual assets, text, code and platform structure are owned by or licensed to Pegasus Media Group Ltd unless otherwise stated.

You may not copy, reproduce, scrape, resell or exploit platform content without written permission.

9. Availability and changes

We may update, modify, suspend or discontinue parts of the website, ranking structure, award thresholds, display features or account tools when necessary for security, legal, operational or business reasons.

10. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NPI and Pegasus Media Group Ltd are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from use of the website, ranking changes, account issues, payment provider issues or temporary service interruption.

11. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Scotland. Disputes will be subject to the competent courts of Scotland unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
